Broccoli and Mushroom Soup – A cream of mushroom soup with broccoli infused in it.
Tomato and Dhaniya Shorba – This was a little like the Rasam we have at home, but tasted great nonetheless.
Paneer Chilli Milli – Paneer Chilli, Chinese Style with lots of pepper drizzled over it.
Paneer Pepper fry – Paneer Burji with an overwhelming amount of Onions
Chicken Tikka Lababdar Gravy: This tasted great with the Cheese Garlic Naan!
Bamboo Veg Biriyani: This is not the traditional Dum cooked biryani, but a different variant. Tasted good, nonetheless
Bamboo Omlette Biriyani: Basmati rice cooked with omlette in a bamboo! Yummy!
Bamboo Chicken Biriyani: with good flavour, although had a little more moisture content in it.
Indian Bread – There was Cheese Garlic Naan and Rotis. The Cheese Garlic Naan had sufficient amounts of cheese and Roasted Garlic in it.
