Eat like a King @ Jalsa Gold!

Gold! Gold! Everywhere! But no one made of Gold!
Wondering who said it? No one…
But that’s how it feels like when you visit this Gooooold Themed restaurant located on Outer Ring Road.
Was a little scared since I once heard a story of a king who touched things and they turned to gold!

The service and the food go well on the theme of Royalty here.
Chef Padam Puchal has done a marvelous job with his team here.

Afghani Panner Tikka – Paneer served tandoor style, well marinated.
Bhatti Ka Phool – The Hindi Phool and not the other one! Mouth-watering taste.
Achari Subzon ka Korma – Pickle based veg gravy.
Karela salad – Most of us are allergic to Karela because it’s bitter. But give it to a Chef who’s talented and he can make you fall in love with this dish.
Kasturi Chicken – Very tasty.

Tandoori Chicken – Tandoor chicken, done just right and not burnt.
Dal Makhani – The famous Dal.
Railway Mutton Curry – A dish that traces its origins to the British Raj colonial-era.
Wood Fired Pizza – Hard to get good wood-fired Pizzas these days, whereas this one was done to perfection.

Butter Naan – Very fluffy Naan with a drizzle of Butter.
Assorted Pastries and the Mousse was very good.

The Softy Machine can spew out Vanilla or Strawberry or a Mix of Both!

We had a very lovely dining experience here!
