With a live pasta station at one corner serving penne, fusilli, and spaghetti, with Alfredo, Arabiatta, Pesto, Marinara and Aglio Olio, and a chaat-counter close by, you’ll find cuisines from different parts of the world. On the other side, there is a long buffet table along the wall. Sigrees (coal-infused barbecue pits) neatly fitted into the small squares on our specially designed tables.
Murg Nimbu Adraki Shorba – Shorba (Persian: شوربا) or soup is a type of liquid food served hot primarily prepared from vegetable or meat stock. This is a clear soup made from boiling vegetable stock with lemon, ginger, and chicken. A good medicine for the common cold.
Murg Kalimirch – Chicken pieces marinated with a Black pepper masala.
Amritsari Fish Fry – Amritsari style Macchi.
Curry Leaf Grill Prawns – Curry Leaf marinated grilled prawns – This was just awesome.
Indian Spice Lamb Kefta – Lamb Kefta marinated with Indian Spices.
Lemon Garlic Grill Mushroom – Mushroom marinated with a Lemon garlic paste.
Tandoori Grill Pineapple Shaslik – Shaslik (Persian: شیشلیک) is the word for skewered cubes of meat, however, you can use cubes of vegetables or fruits, pineapple being used in this variant.
Herb Crusted Grill Potatoes – Grilled potatoes with a thin crust of Herb Paste.
Zucchini, Tomato & Jalapeno Cheese Pizza – Vegetarian Pizza with Zucchini, Tomato & Jalapeno Pieces.
Chowk Ke Tikki – A variation of the Indian street food, the Aloo Tikki.
Corn Chaat – Roasted sweet corn kernels prepared Chaat style.
Murg Kurchan – Kurchan means to shred. A shredded chicken gravy.
Railway Mutton Curry – First prepared by the chefs of the Indian Railways during the British Raj keeping in mind the delicate palates of the Britishers,
Bhuna Curry Patta Jhinga – Curry Patta Prawns prepared with just oil and no water. Derives its name from Bhuna (Hindi – भुना)
Fish in Thai Reddy Curry – Basa fish fillets in a Spicier version of the Thai Red Curry.
Murg Anda Dum Biryani – Chicken and Egg Biryani prepared Dum style.
Mushroom Baby Corn Do Pyaza – Mushroom and Baby Corn Dopiaza, a Middle Eastern dish from Afghan cuisine. It is prepared with a large number of onions, both cooked in the spices and curry and as a garnish. Onions are added twice during the preparation of the gravy and hence the name.
Vegetable Jalfrezi – Jalfrezi is a type of Indian cuisine that involves frying well-marinated pieces of meat, fish or vegetables in oil and spices to produce a dry, thick sauce. This is a variant with lots of vegetables in it.
Dal Pappu – An Andhra specialty, this is Dal prepared with leafy vegetables.
Chana Pulao – Chickpea Pulao.
Smoked Paneer Makhani – Smoked Cottage Cheese in a Buttery (Makhani) Gravy.
Butterscotch, Pan and Lemon Mousse – Mousse of different flavours.
Blueberry Cheesecake – Cheesecake with BlueBerry flavour.
Chocolate & Strawberry Gâteaux – A Layered Cake
Red Velvet & Chocolate Swiss Roll – Swiss Roll with layers of Red Velvet and Chocolate cake.
Malpua – A pancake topped with finely sliced almond and pistachio served as a dessert, originating from the Indian subcontinent.
Baked Double Ka Meetha – A bread pudding made with fried bread slices soaked in hot milk with spices, including saffron and cardamom.
Ice Cream with Condiments – Strawberry, Vanilla, and Chocolate flavored Ice Creams topped with assorted condiments.
To end the day on a sweet note, Chef Kamala Kanta Mahakub, whipped up a Chef’s Special Caramel Custard. Looked lovely and tasted great.
