Located on Level 2 at UB City, Farzi Cafe has been always known to be one place that stresses a lot on the presentation of the food items.
We got to experience it first hand today for lunch.
We started off with Amuse Bouche which was an egg shaped mango yoghurt ball in shot bowls. Was quite tasty.
Avocado mint Gazpacho – An avocado based cold soup served in a glass pot with a flavoured crisp
Curd Rice Tikki Chaat – Dahi papdi chat served with an amazing presentation.
Desi Curd Poppers – Yogurt and cheese poppers which was served with an in house tomato sauce preparation.
Panch Pohran Paneer Burji Tart – Paneer Burji filled tart crisps. Was a lottle saltier than usual.
To cleanse the palate before the main course, Farzi Cafe serves Hajmola flavored kulfi pops!
Dal Kichadi Risoto prepared with Arborio rice had a nice flavour to it. The accompanying Ghee roasted papad was Yummy.
Paneer Ghee Roast with Appam – Charcoal Appam, somethin new that they have created tasted good.
Fenni Nest – A South Indian Fenni with Rasagullas at the center, served with badam milk
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Tanquerry Mouse – The star of the evening. Flourless Chocolate Cake with infused Oranges in it. Couldn’t get enough of it.
